If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

HUSHIKO is an AI-powered application that generates personalized bedtime stories for children aged 3-12. Our Service includes:

4. Pricing and Payment

All purchases sync automatically across your devices when logged into the same account.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Purchased credits remain valid regardless of price changes.

5. Character Profiles and Story Generation

5.1 Character Types

You can create four types of character profiles:

Characters you create can appear in unlimited stories with consistent visual representation.

5.2 Story Generation Process

  1. Select characters from your profiles (up to 4 per story)
  2. Choose a theme or write your own story idea
  3. AI suggests roles for each character (hero, helper, guide, etc.)
  4. Story generates in two phases:
    • Phase 1 (15-30 seconds): Text + audio + first illustration - you can start listening!
    • Phase 2 (2-3 minutes): Remaining 5 illustrations generate in background

Stories are generated using OpenAI's technology (advanced AI and AI image generation) and professional text-to-speech service. While you own rights to your specific stories, the underlying AI models remain property of their respective owners.
